Our Ideal Candidate:
1. Smart, hardworking, highly motivated, with a strong urge to succeed
2. Active real estate broker license
3. Knows the city, willing to travel anywhere in the city, and has dependable transportation
4. Open minded and willing to learn and adapt to our unique investing system
5. Must be technology oriented – savvy (CRM experience is a plus)
6. MUST HAVE EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE SKILL and excellent communication skills
7. Can dedicate time daily and some weekends to call, meet and follow up with clients
Duties Include
1. Reach out and qualify new home sellers
2. Meet with pre-qualified sellers
3. Complete an onsite preliminary inspection
4. Research and provide basic due diligence documents (comps, taxes, liens)
5. Market the property (MLS, Social media) / meet with potential buyers
Pay and Benefits
